Dear Potential TYA Member,

We welcome anyone who loves yoga to become a Member of the Texas Yoga Association. Your membership will include the following Basic Membership Benefits:

NEWSLETTER: The TYA Newsletter is offered on a monthly basis and is available only to members. You are invited to submit articles, letters, networking information, suggestions, etc., to the Newsletter editor at

LISTING OF PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS: This online directory provides a free detailed entry for individual and Professional Members who provide data describing their services, general fields, specialties and publications. It is the basis for making referrals and answering inquiries from Association members and the general public.

DISCOUNTS AT CONFERENCES: Discounts to admissions for TYA sponsored events, including a 25% discount for the next TYA Conference ( Discounts are subject to change for future conferences without notice. There is a special place in the Members area of our website to sign up for upcoming events and to receive your TYA Member discount.

ONLINE NEWS: Our website has upcoming events, news and article postings. All current members receive an email each month as an update on Texas Yoga News and Events.

NETWORKING LIST: To help you network with other members, on the TYA website, you will find a current list of TYA Members in your geographic area.

  1. Jenny, Where do you have yoga classes besides on San Felipe location. I am confused because it shows as if you do a few classes on Sundays, and at Rice you do 2 classes. Do you no longer have a fix location? How do I know which class to take–beginners? I live around Rice Village. Please advice.
